Chef Ganesh, originally from Nepal, embarked on his gastronomic journey in 2002 at the Fulbari Resort, a prestigious five-star hotel renowned for its eclectic array of cuisines. His journey led him through various positions in the United States, from sushi chef at Whole Foods Market to executive chef roles at prominent hotels. His passion for hospitality shines in the Crossroads menu.
